This home had an in-law apartment with high 12-foot ceilings. The homeowner wanted to add a garage underneath so we went to work. The first thing we did was to cut the ceilings down to the standard 8 feet. Then, the entire home was raised up in the air to make room for the new 2-car garage underneath.
